- 101 Track - Great for new Zendesk Support Admins, or Admins who need a complete refresher of the basics (March 5, 2019)
- 201 Track - Great for Admins who have completed introductory training or who have existing knowledge of basic features and functionality of Zendesk Support and are looking to optimize (March 5, 2019)
How will the sessions be structured? All sessions at the Zendesk Training Day are interactive. They'll include demos, hands-on exercises, and lots of lab time and Q&A with our trainers. Don’t forget your laptop! After the event, you will receive your own copy of the training materials.
