Description 

This course is for developers who have existing technical skills but are new to creating Zendesk integrations. In this project-based course, you will create a custom Zendesk integration from scratch using Zendesk Integration Services (ZIS). We'll walk you through each step of the process as we build an integration that automatically posts a Slack notification when a new Urgent priority ticket is created. By the end of the course, you will have the tools you need to begin creating custom integrations on your own.
