Description
Want to customize your Help Center theme beyond the options in the theme editor, but lack developer resources? If you're a Guide Manager and you know some basic CSS and HTML already, you can make some of those customizations yourself. You don't need to be a web developer by any stretch, but you will find this course easier to follow if you can already identify and build HTML links and apply CSS styling on your own. In this deep dive you'll follow along with a step-by-step example to learn how to use the code editor in Guide admin to create and preview changes to a Copenhagen-based theme. You'll also learn how to navigate developer documentation and use Curlybars, the Guide templating language to access Help Center properties and incroporate them into a custom sign-in-prompt. Once you master these concepts, you can apply them to customizing your own theme.
Prerequisite: Zendesk Guide, I. Basic HTML/CSS skills.

Course Topics
- Build a Visual Prototype
- Use Curlybars to Incorporate Help Center Properties

Recommended Prerequisites
On-Demand: Zendesk Guide, I
On-Demand: Zendesk Guide, II
