Sell for Admins, I 

This course will introduce you to the core features of Zendesk Sell so that you can review your sales process -- a critical step in using the pipeline and reporting effectively. Participants will be introduced to the settings: custom fields, sales pipelines, visit and call outcomes, and more. 

 

Sell for Admins, II 

In the second Sell course, you will learn how to set up user roles and permissions, as well as groups and teams for those on Enterprise or higher plans. You will learn to prepare your data for import and ways to optimize Sell for your team.
