These in-depth, Certification Prep & Practice workshops will prepare you for taking a Zendesk certification exam right from the comfort of your desk. This workshop was developed for those who have hands-on experience completing day-to-day operational tasks needed to manage a Zendesk Enterprise instance. Work with Zendesk experts to take a closer look at the more challenging topics, question formats and methodology so you can boost your score on the exam.

Support Administrator Certification Prep & Practice Workshop

This full day workshop is ideal if you want to get certified as a Zendesk Support Administrator and want to be sure to prepare in the best way possible to pass. We assume that you come to us having a strong basic knowledge of the Support product, and have taken our Support for Admins, I & II courses.

Explore CX Analyst Certification Prep & Practice Workshop 
This full day workshop is ideal if you want to get certified as a Zendesk Explore Analyst and want to be sure to prepare in the best way possible to pass. We assume that you come to us having a strong basic knowledge of the Explore product, and have taken our Explore I & II courses.

‣  Topics we'll be covering: Zendesk Explore Analyst Agenda 

‣  This workshop runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

What to expect from the workshops?  
Each workshop takes an interactive approach to reviewing the key features of the product and walk you through several scenarios to test your skills at applying what you know in the most efficient and collaborative way. It’s very important that you have a strong basic knowledge of the product and that you have already spent considerable time in the product.  

 Will I need to have microphone or video capability to participate?  
 Please be prepared to use audio for these collaborations (video is optional).  

 How will I join the Virtual Training Day?  
 The day before your Virtual Training Day event we will email you the Zoom participation link and training materials.  

 How will I receive my Certification Exam voucher code?  
 After the event, an exam voucher code will be emailed to you which can be used to take online for up to 12 months from the issue date.  

 Will these events be recorded? 
 No. These events are designed to be live, interactive product training sessions where you'll be working in your Zendesk
 instance alongside our trainers.

What if I am not on an Enterprise version of the product?  
No problem! If you’re registering for Support for Admins, I and II, start a free trial and email your trial domain to trainingevents@zendesk.com. We will boost your trial to enterprise for you.
