Which learning path should I take?

The Foundational Support learning path is ideal if your organization is only using email support or if you are preparing for the Zendesk Support Admin Expert Certification Exam. If your organization has enabled (or will enable) Agent Workspace, we recommend the Agent Workspace learning path.
