Explore the ticket interface

Now it’s time for you to practice. Follow the steps below to explore the ticket interface, update a ticket, and run a search.

  1. Log in as an agent to your company's support website. 
  2. Explore the interface, then navigate to your views using the file icon on the sidebar. 
  3. Open a ticket, explore the available fields, and try out comment formatting. Do not submit the ticket. 
  4. Review macros that you can apply and consider how they can improve your workflow. 
  5. Run a search in the top toolbar. See what tickets come up.
