Explore the ticket interface
Now it’s time for you to practice. Follow the steps below to explore the ticket interface, update a ticket, and run a search.
- Log in as an agent to your company's support website.
- Explore the interface, then navigate to your views using the file icon on the sidebar.
- Open a ticket, explore the available fields, and try out comment formatting. Do not submit the ticket.
- Review macros that you can apply and consider how they can improve your workflow.
- Run a search in the top toolbar. See what tickets come up.
